Modern life has changed people’s expectations of a leisure and spa experience – the “wellbeing” lifestyle is more a way of life than a luxury in the 21st Century. As a result plans were unveiled in 2007 after two years of planning for a new state of the art spa costing £5 million with commencement of building in October 2007. The Spa was 'born' in 2009 and opened its doors for the first time to members, hotel residents and Spa day guests. The magnificent complex features 10 beautiful treatment rooms including one double treatment rooms, a tranquillity room, 16 metre infinity edge pool with pool to ceiling waterfall, large outdoor hot tub, hydrotherapy zone, dance studio and a top of the range gymnasium.
