Spa Leisure Assistant:
This role requires a vibrant person who is able to maintain the operational standards within our Spa Leisure Club. An element of food preparation and service will be required and an understanding of customer care and satisfaction is essential.
The opportunity will be available to become a Pool Maintenance Operator and also Swimming Instructor. Previous experience is preferred but full training can be given.
This is a chance also to be involved in the opening of our new Spa due to open December 2008 (see Spa section of website). 5 days 40 hour week. Live in accommodation available.

Chef de Rang
Experienced Chef de Rang to join our team. Fine dining and magnificent surroundings go hand in hand at this hotel; it is simply a breathtaking establishment.
You will be responsible for assisting in all areas of the restaurant and will have the confidence, enthusiasm and experience to support and train while ensuring high levels of customer service at all times. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to continually raise standards is essential, with a minimum two years experience at Chef de Rang level. Live-in single accommodation if required, salary negotiable.
