Pamper days in the Lake District at Armathwaite Hall begin with complimentary refreshments on arrival. Fluffy bathrobes and slippers will be given to you to wear throughout the day. The day will be yours from this time to enjoy full use of the facilities whether it be a gentle swim in the pool, an energetic work out in the gymnasium or simply relaxing by the pool. A light lunch will be served (orders are taken on arrival so there is no waiting!) and treatment times will be allocated. Herbal teas are available throughout the course of day. All that is left for you to do is “enjoy”
Suggested Day Spa Experiences
Arrive 10am and Depart at 6pm
Included in the Day Spa Experience of your choice is:
- Welcome refreshment and guided tour of The Spa
- Full use of the facilities in The Spa - enjoy the infinity pool, hydrotherapy pool, heat experiences, outdoor hot tub, gym, hush tranquillity room
- Participation in any indoor or outdoor fitness activities/classes that may be organised on the day of your visit.
- A 30 or 60 minute face or body treatment as specified in the package list
- A delicious two course light lunch and soft drink
- Use of luxurious robe, slippers, toiletries and towels
- Refreshments throughout the day
Suggested Evening Spa Experiences
N.B. Evening Escapes do not include supper.
Evening Spa arrive at 5-6pm and depart at 9pm.
Included in the Evening Spa Experiences:
- Welcome refreshment and guided tour of The Spa
- Full use of the facilities in The Spa - enjoy the infinity pool, hydrotherapy pool, heat experiences, outdoor hot tub, gym, hush tranquillity room
- Participation in any indoor or outdoor fitness activities/classes that may be organised.
- A 30 minute face or body treatment as specified in the package list.

- Refreshments throughout the evening
- If evening time is not appropriate for you we can accommodate you for any other four hour period to suit e.g. 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm subject to availability.
